The word BIRYANI is derived from the Persian word Birian, it is enjoyed all across India in different flavours and tastes. I cooked this veg biryani with very basic ingredients.
LITTI CHOKHA is a delicious dish originated from the Indian state of Bihar. Litti is the stuffed whole wheat dough ball and Chokha is a mashed relish that is served with litti.
Misal pav is a popular dish from Maharashtra, India. It consists of misal and pav. The final dish is topped with farsan or sev, onions, lemon and coriander. It is usually served with bread (PAV) or rolls toasted with butter .
A tart is a baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open top not covered with pastry. the filling may be sweet or savoury. Here I used my own creation with this dish and I made sweet tart by filling some fruits and another one by filling some chickpea with boiled egg.
